There's 25 loaves rising, whew! in a few minutes will beat them down, reshape them and add the herbs--going to do a pesto bread and a bruschetta bread with a cracked wheat base, and also sourdough and rye loaves--and the place will smell just wonderful. Canning Pickles class at 12 noon so unpacked the new burner and tried it out yesterday, all good to go. August newsletter has been written and printed, several new dried herbs and teas acquired last Monday are almost all labeled and out or will be by opening time today, and I'm excited about the nine classes that have been set up for August. My cup runneth over with wholesome purposeful things to do, for which I am very grateful. Peace.
