So, did this little window display behind the space where I stand at the register counter, I had been keeping a little shelf of books and a basket of pricing aids there, but the classes need more exposure so here's the first attempt:
after I get more samples from the teachers and from my own classes, it will look more appealing, I'm sure. How do you "sell" a class for no-lettuce salads? gosh, only thing I could think of was a platter. I gotta spread my mental wings on this, I know I can do better (feel free to make suggestions).
The back garden is more than half done, there's two benches now to sit upon. Tomorrow, the bird bath, going to take it to the hardware and ask for help, husband is busy both ends of the clock and I need some help getting the thing assembled. And bring two shepherd's crooks, for bird feeders to hang on. Little by little.
Got some of the basement sorted--only a small amount of my abundant blessings--and spent part of the day watching a movie with good husband yesterday, and did a little knitting on the socks while Boo The Cat cleaved up to me and ran his big diesel engine for just the longest time. Still learning to balance life and work, but once we're moved up to Marysville, there will be an additional 90 minutes a day to help me accomplish that. Balance, and remembering what's important--utmost is our relationship with the Lord above, before all other things, first and foremost. Peace.
I'm seeing a bowl with a head of lettuce with one of those black circles with the slash thru it (no-symbol?), a chef's hat, apron, and a sign that says learn.....?
I know you'll keep changing, improving:)
